Grace: A Memoir - In my opinion, Grace Coddington stole the spotlight away from Anna Wintour in The September Issue. This tell-all memoir of Coddington’s documents her ascent from junior editor to widely-respected, Creative Director at American Vogue. 3. Flores on Sawtelle - Ever since Flores opened down the street from my apartment on Sawtelle, I’ve been coming as often as I can. The New American cuisine is very inspired, bright and fresh — and they just unveiled a weekend brunch menu! 4. Modernica and Eames Chairs - Ever since I acquired my first Eames-style, Fiberglass chair from Modernica, I’ve been on the hunt for more. The many colors and modern styles of furniture available can explain my addiction. 5. The Elder Statesman Hand-Dyed Flower Cashmere Sweater - Currently lusting after this cashmere sweater from LA-based brand, The Elder Statesman, exclusively available at Mr. Porter. I run a fashion and personal style blog where I channel that LA/NYC hybrid vibe as much as I humanly can, and this brand is just that!
